Shipping
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link the moment your order ships. During high-volume periods or product launches, processing may extend by 1 business day—we’ll notify you if so.
Shipping Methods & Estimates
Domestic shipping typically arrives in 4–7 business days depending on service and destination. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
International delivery times vary by carrier and customs. Most international orders arrive within 1–3 weeks.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can use this link to follow your shipment’s progress in real time.
If you notice delayed scans or delivery issues, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number. If the issue isn’t resolved, reach out to us and we’ll step in to assist.
Duties & Taxes (International)
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees, which are assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.
All such fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Edmund & Company has no control over these charges or the timing of their collection.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Returns
We want you to love your audio experience. If your product isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be in like-new condition with original packaging and all included accessories. See “Exceptions” below for items that cannot be returned.
Return shipping for non-defective items is the responsibility of the customer. For defective or damaged products, Edmund & Company will provide a prepaid return label.
Damaged / Defective on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged or not functioning as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Please keep the original packaging and provide clear photos of the issue so we can fast-track your claim.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer to exchange an item, we can process that once the original return is received and inspected.
Need it faster? You’re welcome to place a new order right away, and we’ll issue a refund for the original item once it arrives back at our facility.
Return Eligibility & Exceptions
Returned products must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and inserts included.
For hygienic and licensing reasons, opened ear tips or earbuds, downloadable software, and gift cards are not returnable unless defective. Promotional bundles must be returned in full.
How to Start a Return
Email support@edmundandcompany.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We’ll issue a return authorization and provide step-by-step instructions.
For defective or damaged items, we’ll also provide a prepaid return label so you don’t have to cover return shipping. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping your item back to avoid delays.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
