Where do you ship from?

We partner with a select network of U.S. warehouses and international distributors to deliver our products. Many orders ship from within the United States, while others are fulfilled directly from trusted partners in Germany, New Zealand, China, and other regions known for world-class audio craftsmanship.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, depending on the product and how it’s being fulfilled.

For orders shipping within the United States, delivery typically takes an additional 1-4 business days once the order has been processed. For products shipping from our international partners, delivery usually takes between 1–3 weeks, depending on carrier timelines and customs clearance.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive detailed tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

What is your return policy?

o your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products purchased through Edmund & Company are backed by the full manufacturer’s warranty, and many of our premium systems include extended coverage. We also offer dedicated support to assist with warranty claims, troubleshooting, or connecting you directly with the appropriate service partner.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. While we work with international distributors to source some of our products, all customer orders are currently fulfilled and shipped to U.S. addresses only.
